About Matt
Matt Evans, a native of Valparaiso, offers local knowledge and a very diverse background to his new and established clients. A top producer and Silver Achievement Award Winner at Keller Williams, Matt excels at both listing and buyer client representation, including buyer relocation, traditional non-distressed listings, foreclosures, and short sales. He has assisted clients in buying and selling all types of real estate, including raw land, lots, condos, townhomes, lofts, single family homes, estates, luxury homes and commercial and residential investment properties.
This graduate of Valpo High School in Northwest Indiana, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in 1990, and a Master of Science in Management (Marketing) from Purdue University in 1993. Also licensed in Colorado where he started his real estate career, he and his wife lived in Colorado for over 15 years. While in Fort Collins, Matt owned and operated the iconic outdoor retail store The Mountain Shop, and he was a general contractor in residential homebuilding. He also was actively involved in residential and commercial property investment.
As a broker associate at Fort Collins Real Estate (merged with Keller Williams Realty), Matt was one of the top producers and key leaders while helping to grow the brand by securing nearly $100 Million in new construction projects and development listings, such as Penny Flats, Solar Village, North Flats, and Conifer Meadows thru one of the most difficult times in real estate. Some of these projects included both the residential and commercial aspects of mixed-use development.

In re-connecting with his Indiana community, Matt is becoming involved in many organizations around Porter County, including The Board of Realtors, Rotary International, KW Cares, and his alma-mater Alumni Associations.
He and his wife Colleen love spending time with their two young children. Matt is active in the outdoors, enjoying golf, tennis, kayaking, canoeing, and skiing.
