Jessica Thome
Buyer Specialist
Jessica provides clients with great options and fantastic service in their home search. By focusing on the buying side activities for the team, her specialization provides clients with the focus they deserve. Jessica and Matt work together to preview homes, fine tune searches, compare leads, and get buyers under contract and thru closing on the homes of their dreams.
Jessica has a great network of clients and builders around the Northwest Indiana region thru her artistic and decorative painting business. Having lived in Valparaiso for the majority of her life, she knows Porter County very well. Jessica is a graduate of Valparaiso High School and Purdue University, and she and her husband Greg are active with her three kids in the Valpo Schools. Jessica is great at keeping in contact with clients, finding out more information on properties when requested, and seeking the best deals on the ideal homes for our buyers. Dawn Gallinatti
Buyer Specialist
Dawn is also a buyer specialist for the Matt Evans Team. As new clients emerge, Dawn is able to focus on the client's needs from previews and showings of properties thru the closing of the transaction. By working with Matt she will ensure the clients goals are met throughout the process, and keep the search smooth, efficient, and manageable for buyers.
Dawn's ties to the community are strong. Dawn and her husband Tony have resided in Valparaiso for many years. Dawn is a registered nurse, and she and her husband own American Limousine company. Dawn leads and active and healthy lifestyle, and she really enjoys watersports and boating with her family. You'll see Dawn and Tony at many of the local Valpo high school games, as they have several kids that are involved in many sports and activities such as football and baseball. With her many connections, friendly and outgoing personality, and strong attention to the needs of the client, Dawn will help the Matt Evans Team grow into the future.
Jane Jones
Administrative Assistant
Jane assists with our office and file management, marketing outreach, database management, expense tracking, and much more. She is detail-oriented, friendly and very helpful in allowing the agents to focus on what they do best. Jane takes charge of many of the tasks that are so important to a successful business that aims to grow into the future thru good service and attention to detail.
Kimberly Genovese
Associate Broker
Kimberly is a co-broker associate on several listings around the area. Kimberly is an expert at the details of a transaction, with a background in the paralegal and title industries in both Chicago and Northwest Indiana and over 20 years in the real estate business. She brings the resources, tools, skills and experience to the table while continuing to educate herself in all aspects of real estate. She genuinely cares and works for the best of outcomes. Kimberly works with Matt to list properties around the region with the professional approach they deserve.
A graduate of Munster High, she knows the Lake, Porter, and Laporte county areas very well--and even the rural counties of the GNIAR MLS region. Kimberly is an equestrian enthusiast, keeping a horse of her own, and working with her friends at Christian Haven. She is definately our horse property expert! She and her husband Steve live on 6 acres on the south side of Valparaiso, and both love to be active and travel. They also are foster parents for rescued dogs. We know you'll find Kimberly caring, responsive, and professional in every aspect of real estate. She'll definately go the extra mile for her cleints.
